SMS Terms

These terms apply when you choose to receive text messages from Mid America Pest Control, Inc. at the mobile number you provide.

What we send

Messages may include responses to your inquiry, estimate follow-up, scheduling and confirmation, reminders, arrival notices, service updates, service notes, billing or account notices, and other communications related to the services you request or receive.

Consent and frequency

By checking the text-message consent box and submitting the form, you authorize Mid America Pest Control to send service-related text messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and account activity.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Mid America Pest Control does not charge a separate fee for the text-message program.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. After an opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call 918-373-4187, or email info@midamericapest.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel scheduled service or other obligations; contact us if you also need to change an appointment or account.

Carrier and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your device, carrier, and network availability. Keep your contact information current and do not provide a number you are not authorized to use.

Privacy and changes

We handle information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms or discontinue text messaging, and the effective date above identifies the current version.
